Elegant, modern, and simple wedding invitation sample set – including an invitation, response card and details card with envelopes. The non-customized sample set features a gorgeous font and is printed on high quality shimmer white or shimmer ivory cardstock. The pre-printed  invitation samples are forwarded in the cardstock color available at the time, although clients do have the option of requesting an invitation shape if there is shape that they would prefer to receive for their consideration. Wedding invitation sample processing is typically 3-4 business days from order placement with shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Give your guests an enduring first impression of your Wedding Day! This listing is for a sample of the wedding invitation suite as shown with envelopes. The non-customizable sample is for you to determine the quality of the invitation design for your upcoming event. Whether you have selected an invitation design with a bold font, or an invitation design with a delicate font, these elegant and timeless invitations are perfect for any wedding – no matter the hour! Available in top-quality white or ivory shimmer cardstock, you also have the option to change the SHAPE of your invitation design. Please see image 3 if you would like to request your sample in one of the available shapes. The sample will be sent in the same non-customized printed design as shown, in the cardstock color available at the time, and will ship from the studio within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail that typically has a 2–3 day delivery window. All invitation orders are printed and assembled in-studio – no digital files are provided to clients.

When placing a full order, there are several add-ons to select from including multiple colored cardstock invitation backing layers, pocketfolds, ink colors, and foil or glitter options that can be used to customize the design for your event.

{TO PLACE A FULL ORDER OF THIS DESIGN}

Invitation orders are completed in 4 stages – deposit, proofing, assembly/construction/production, and then shipment. Please see below for more detailed information on each stage.

{HOW TO GET THE FULL ORDER PROCESS STARTED}
To purchase a deposit order for this design, please contact me for a deposit invoice. At the time you send your deposit payment, please also send me an email with your selected cardstock color (shimmer white or shimmer ivory), envelope color and selected invitation shape.  Please also forward the names, date, venue, any other wording changes, and the selected ink color into the customization email.  You will receive a digital proof of your invitation suite with all the information as you entered for you to review and approve prior to finalization for print and processing.

{WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF}
You will receive a customization acknowledgement immediately after your customization email is received.  Your digital proof will arrive via email within 2-3 business days. You will receive up to five rounds of digital proofs to review and approve your wording. Once the digital proof has been approved as final, the assembly/construction/production invoice will be forwarded to you.  This invoice will be the remaining balance of your invitation order minus the deposit. Once the assembly/construction/production invoice is paid, the file is prepared for printing and the supplies are ordered to create your invitation suite!

{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}
LEAD TIME is 2-6 weeks for construction of invitations. Please see the breakdown below:

– Invitations as shown in the sample listing with no add-ons typically take 1-2 weeks for processing

– Invitations with cardstock backings or pocketfolds (and no glitter or foil) typically take 3-4 weeks for construction.

– Invitations with glitter and/or foil can take from 3-6 weeks to construct depending on the time of year, quantity, and complexity of the order.

LEAD TIMES VARY PER SUITE because the backing layers/foil/glitter paper and/or pocketfolds need to be ordered from the various manufacturers, and nothing can be ordered until the proof is reviewed and approved and the construction/production invoice is paid. Shipping time from the manufacturers can vary, so please order early. The invitations will most likely ship sooner, and you will receive an estimated shipping date at proof approval – but please order allowing enough time to receive your invitations before you need to mail them out. Rush is available at an additional cost as ALL vendors charge for rush shipping of materials and those costs will be passed on to you. Rush is costly in many cases, and I always advise against it when possible.  Again, please plan appropriately.

There are 3 separate charges for invitation orders – deposit, assembly/construction/production, and finally shipping. Order production speed truly depends on how quickly proofs are approved. The faster the proofing process can be completed and the construction invoice paid, the sooner the supplies for your custom order can be ordered, received, and your order can be created for shipment.

Please note: Shipping IS NOT included with invitation pricing and a shipping invoice will be forwarded to you as soon as your order is processed and boxed. Your order WILL NOT ship until you have paid the final invoice for shipping – including the indication of the address for signature delivery. Signature delivery is required to ensure that you receive (or someone you have designated receives) your order. There are two shipment options, USPS Priority Mail or FEDEx. Should you select USPS Priority Mail, the order will be packaged in the box that fits your order size and you will be invoiced for the corresponding postage costs for that USPS Priority box size. USPS Priority Mail has a typical transit time of 2-3 business days. The tracking number will be forwarded upon shipment. Should you prefer to have your order shipped via FEDEx, please indicate that preference at order placement (or during the proofing process) and FEDEx pricing will be forwarded to you for selection and payment immediately prior to shipping, i.e., after the order has been printed, packed, and weighed. You will receive a photo of the shipping speeds and pricing for the weight of your package. Once you select the shipping speed you would like, you will receive an invoice for FEDEx shipping, and your tracking number will be forwarded upon shipment. These stringent shipping policies have been added to ensure that clients receive their packages and that no shipping mishaps happen upon order release from the studio. Please see my reviews on WeddingWire – when these shipping policies have been followed, it works out well for the studio and most importantly for the client – which is always the goal.

{REFUNDS AND RETURNS}

As all the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as you have entered it at order placement and pasted into the file for proofing. Once the proof is approved as final, the file is prepared for processing, the supplies are ordered, and the product goes into production. These steps are followed to ensure customization accuracy.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you approved it during the proofing process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
