{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}

To place an order simply:

1) Click Add to cart – then click the shopping cart button to start checkout

2) Select your quantity for purchase

3) Enter your shipping address details, click continue

4) Enter your ink color in the “Add Comments About Your Order” box and…..

5) If desired, enter the name you would like added for personalization exactly as you would like it to be printed in the “Add Comments About Your Order” box – if you do not want a name added to the quote – only enter the ink color in the comment box

6) Complete checkout

{WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP}

Order will ship within 1-3 business days (depending on the quantity ordered) via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority mail (for orders of 2 or more).  You will receive a tracking number via email for your purchase upon shipment.

{WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY}

As all of the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as you have entered it at order placement and pasted into the file for print. The ink color as selected at order placement is then applied and the product goes into production. This is to ensure customization accuracy.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you requested it during the ordering process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
