Don’t settle for generic table menus when you can customize them to your event. This set of 25 table menus are 5×7 inches, single sided and arrive ready to be placed on the individual table settings for your event guests. The place setting in the photo is not included with purchase. They are printed on 110lb white matte cardstock. The ink color shown is night. The table menu design and course headers are permanent, but the names, date, menu/food options and ink colors are customizable. The menu cards can ship to you in 1-4 business days – depending on how quickly your proof is approved. After your digital proof is approved, your order will go into production and then ship via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with the tracking number emailed to you at the time of shipment. The typical timeline from order placement to order receipt is 7 days.
{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}
To place an order of 25 table menus, simply purchase one of this listing and add your wording and ink colors in the customization fields. Quantities are sold in sets of 25. If you need 50 table menus, please order 2 of the listing; if you need 75, please order 3; if you need 100, please order 4; etc. Please enter the names, date, menu/food options and ink colors into the notes section when placing your order. Please also enter your email address into the notes section as this is the email address that your digital proof will be sent to for your review and approval.
{WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF}
You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately after order placement via email. Your proof will arrive via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order placement. You will receive up to three rounds of digital proofs to review and approve your wording. Once the proof has been approved as final, your order will be printed, and production begins to create your menu order.
{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}
Order production and shipment depends on how quickly proofs are approved. Some orders have been shipped out the same day, as some clients have received and approved their digital proof and production has been able to be finalized by close of business on the same day. In most cases, the order will ship the day after the proof has been approved, with the typical schedule as follows:
– Day 1 – order placement
– Day 2-3 – proofing
– Day 4 (and depending on if proofing has been finalized) – printing of your order is completed and the order is shipped
Orders are shipped via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail and the tracking number forwarded to you via email at the time of shipping. This makes the typical timeline from order placement to order receipt 7 days.
{REFUNDS AND RETURNS}
As all the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products. All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as you have entered it at order placement and pasted into the file for proofing. Once the proof is approved as final by the client, the file is prepared for processing, the supplies are ordered, and the product goes into production. These steps are followed to ensure customization accuracy. However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you approved it during the proofing process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
