Elegant, modern, and simple wedding invitation cards – sold in sets of (and at a minimum of) 25 invitations for $25 – featuring a gorgeous font and printed on high quality cardstock with the option to add the response cards and/or additional details cards, if desired. Minimalist Wedding Invitations. Set of 25 modern, elegant, classic, minimalist, custom printed wedding invitations with white envelopes measuring 5 x 7 inches (or approximately 5 x 7 inches depending on shape), printed on 110lb white matte cardstock, printed in your choice of ink color and cut into your choice of shape. Orders ship to clients 1-3 business days from approval of invitation proof via USPS Priority Mail.

{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}

All orders are in sets of 25 and at a minimum of 25. For 50 invitations, please order 2 sets; for 75 invitations, please order 3 sets, etc.

Please enter your ink color, shape, names, date and the wording that you would like on the invitation – including your wedding website information – into the notes section when placing your order. If you would like to add a QR Code to the invitation card, please state that in the notes section so that it can be requested during the proofing process.

Please also enter your email address into the notes section as this is the email address that your digital proof will be sent to for your review and approval.

{HOW TO ADD ENCLOSURES OR CHANGE CARDSTOCK}

Most often, if a wedding website is being added to the invitation, many clients only purchase the invitation cards as they prefer to add the website and/or QR Code to direct their guests to their wedding details such as reception and accommodations information and to provide a way for their guests to RSVP directly through their website.

Should you prefer, however, to add RSVP cards and details cards (with or without QR Codes) they are available for a slight upcharge.

When you place your order, please state that you would like to add an enclosure card(s). Include the information you would like printed on the card(s) in the notes section and all will be included with the proof.

Should you prefer, your invitations can be printed on 130lb white or ivory shimmer cardstock for a slight upcharge. White or ivory shimmer envelopes will be added automatically with this upgrade. If you would like a different colored envelope, please request if so that a color chart can be provided for you to select from.

When you place your order, please state that you would like to upgrade your cardstock preference and that preference will be acknowledged with your digital proof.

You will be invoiced separately for the addition of the enclosure card(s) and/or the cardstock upgrade at that time.

Should any extensions to the processing time occur, it will be stated at this time. Typically adding enclosure cards or upgrading cardstock involves ordering additional cardstock which with shipping at most, will add approximately 1-2 days to the total process.

{WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A DIGITAL PROOF}

Once your order has been placed, your order will enter the proofing stage.

You will receive your digital proof within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of order placement, unless you are contacted otherwise.

You will receive as many free rounds of digital proofs as you need to review and approve your wording.

Once the digital proof has been approved as final, your order will be printed, and production begins to create your invitation order.

{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}

Order production and shipment will depend on how quickly digital proofs are approved. Some orders have been shipped out the same day, as some clients have received and approved their digital proof and production has been able to be finalized by close of business on the same day. In most cases, the order will ship the business day after the digital proof has been approved, with the typical schedule as follows:

– Day 1 – order placement

– Day 2-3 – proofing

– Day 4 (and depending on if proofing has been finalized) – printing of your order is completed, and the order is shipped

– At most, the typical timeline from order placement to order receipt is 7 days per the below.

– For clients that include enclosure cards or upgrade cardstock, the typical timeline from order placement to order receipt is approximately 10 days per the below.

Orders are immediately wrapped and packaged after printing and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a typical transit and delivery time of 2-3 days from mailing. Clients receive notification of shipment as well as the tracking number of their order via email once the order is shipped.

If Express shipping is preferred, please indicate this during proofing and a shipping invoice can be forwarded to you for the shipping difference. Once the order has completed production, it will be wrapped and packaged for Express Mail with a typical transit and delivery time of 1-2 days from mailing. Clients receive notification of shipment as well as the tracking number of their order via email once the order is shipped.

{REFUNDS AND RETURNS}

As all the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as it has been entered at order placement and pasted into the file for proofing. Once the digital proof is approved as final by the client, the file is then printed exactly as approved and prepared for processing. If needed, additional supplies are ordered, and the product goes into production. These steps are followed to ensure customization accuracy.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you approve of it during the proofing process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
