{WHAT IS INCLUDED}

• High resolution digital file forwarded via (JPG; PDF; or PNG) per your request
• All digital files are typically in a vertical 5 x 7 inch file (however, if a digital file size or orientation is desired, please let me know)
• Custom colored backgrounds, including glitter and solid colors
• Two free revisions or proofs, if needed, of the file
• Final delivery sent via email

This is a digital product only – no physical item will be shipped for this order.

Printed orders of all product designs can be created, but pricing and turnaround time will vary. Please contact me if a printed order is desired so that I may discuss the process with you including pricing for the order itself and pricing for the shipping options.

 

{TO BEGIN YOUR ORDER}

To begin your custom digital order, please share the following in the order details box:

• Guest(s) of Honor Name(s)/Event Name
• Event Date and Time
• Event Location
• Event Address
• Selected Ink Color
• Preference for Ink Color to be for the entire item, or for the standout headings with all other text in black ink
• Selected Background Color
• RSVP information if needed
• RSVP date
• RSVP contact information – via email address, telephone number, or QR Code
• Your email address (if a QR Code is requested to be added to the product, an email will be sent to you prior to proof creation so that it can be placed on the product proof

 

{TURNAROUND TIME}

Once your order placement and product details have been received, you will receive product confirmation email. You will receive the first proof of your order within 2 business days (typically sooner).

The first proof will be sent to your email address for you to review and approve or update as needed (the second proof) and resent for approval.

Once the proof is approved, the final files will be sent to your email in your choice of JPG, PDF or PNG for you to forward to digitally forward to your guests.

 

{RETURNS & EXCHANGES}

Digital custom designed orders are non-refundable or exchangeable, as all orders are sent to clients exactly as approved. If there are any issues with your order in terms of downloading, please contact me to have the order resent via an alternative digital method.
