Minimalist wedding invitations – modern, classy, elegant, and most importantly – affordable! This is the deposit listing for the wedding invitation suite with envelopes as shown. The minimalist wedding invitation collection including an invitation, details card with or without a wedding website or QR code, and envelope on matte or shimmer white or ivory cardstock and die-cut into your selected shape start at $2.00 per set; the invitation only with an envelope start at $1.50 each; and the invitation with an envelope, details card and a response card with an envelope as shown start at $3.00 per set. All cards are printed on white shimmer cardstock or ivory shimmer cardstock. White or ivory matte cardstock is also available, if desired. If you would like to omit the response card or the details card, please include those instructions with the deposit payment and a price reduction will be included with the final balance. The pricing of the invitation suite includes a digital proof in your selected colors for your review and approval. Upon proof approval the balance will be invoiced to you, your invitation supplies will be ordered, and your order assembly will begin. Upon order assembly, your shipping balance will be invoiced to you and the order will be forwarded along with your tracking number.

{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}
To purchase a deposit order for this design, please purchase one of this listing. Please enter your selected cardstock (for the wording – typically shimmer white or shimmer ivory), total number of invitations needed, envelope color, names, date, venue, any other wording changes, and the selected ink color into the notes section when you place your order. Please also enter if you would like to include or omit any of the additional cards. Additionally, please enter whether you would like any backing layers or pocketfolds along with the color, however, be aware that the addition of layers and/or pocketfolds will increase the shipment time of the invitation order from the standard 7 day shipment timeline to approximately 2 weeks). Finally, please enter your email address as this is the email address that your digital proof will be sent to. You will receive a digital proof of your invitation suite with all the information as you entered at order placement for you to review and approve prior to finalization for print and processing.

{WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF}
You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately after order placement via email.  Your proof will arrive via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order placement. You will receive up to five rounds of proofs to review and approve your wording. Once the proof has been approved as final, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance on your order plus USPS Priority Mail shipping. Once your invoice is paid, the file is prepared for printing and production begins to create your wedding invitations!

{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}
Order production and shipment depends on how quickly proofs are approved. The faster the proofing process can be completed, and your final invoice is paid, the sooner your order can be printed and shipped. The standard 7 day shipment timeline is as follows:

– Day 1 – order placement

– Day 2-3 – proofing

– Days 4-6 (and depending on if proofing has been finalized) – printing of your order is completed, the order is shipped and the tracking number is sent to you via email

– Days 6-7 – the order is packaged for shipment to you

The typical order shipment process is 7 days.

If you would like to add backing layer or pocketfolds; those items must be ordered after your final invoice is paid, and shipment will need to hold until your requested backing layers and/or pocketfolds are received. Once the those items are received for your custom order, the order will be packed for shipment to you. The tracking number will be forwarded via email upon shipment. Please note that signature delivery is required to ensure that you (or someone you have designated) receives your order.

{REFUNDS AND RETURNS}

As all of the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as you have entered it at order placement and pasted into the file for proofing. Once the proof is approved as final by the client, the file is prepared for processing, the supplies are ordered, and the product goes into production. These steps are followed to ensure customization accuracy.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you approved it during the proofing process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
