Minimalist wedding invitations – modern, classy, elegant, and most importantly – affordable! This is the deposit listing for the layered wedding invitation suite with envelopes as shown – OR as one of three additional options:

– The layered invitation only on shimmer white or shimmer ivory cardstock die-cut into your selected shape and backed with your choice of colored cardstock with no envelope start at $2.50 each

– The layered invitation on shimmer white or ivory cardstock die-cut into your selected shape and backed with your choice of colored cardstock, with an envelope start at $3.00 per set;

– The layered invitation, details card (with or without a wedding website or QR code) on shimmer white or ivory cardstock die-cut into your selected shape and backed with your choice of colored cardstock, and an envelope start at $4.00 per set; and

– The layered invitation on shimmer white or ivory cardstock and die-cut into your selected shape and backed with your choice of colored cardstock, details card and a response card with an envelope (as shown in the listing) start at $5.00 per set.

The invitations are sold at a minimum of 25 invitations each (please multiply your needed quantity by the individual pricing to reach your total balance).

The invitation suite can be customized in your choice of top layer color (typically shimmer white or shimmer ivory), backing layer color (as shown, in ivory in the attached backing layer photo) and ink color (as shown in the attached ink color photo) for a wedding, bridal shower, dinner party, rehearsal dinner, birthday party or whatever event you would like. The invitation suite can also include an information card and a response card with envelopes. If you would like to omit these additional cards, please include those instructions with the deposit payment and a price reduction will be included with the final balance.

{WHAT’S INCLUDED}
– The non-refundable deposit includes a digital proof in your selected colors for your review and approval

– 3-5 digital proofing rounds for your invitation suite

– Upon proof approval of the digital proof, a physical copy of the invitation – likely in white and ivory as shown in the listing, but with your wording printed for review – will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail (this is included in your deposit payment) so that you can see a printed copy of the wording

– Upon approval of the printed wording, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you. At that time, your invitation supplies (including your selected cardstock and envelope colors) will be ordered, and your order assembly will begin

– Upon order assembly, your shipping balance will be invoiced to you and the order will be forwarded to you along with your tracking number

{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}
To purchase a deposit order for this design, please purchase one of this listing. Please enter your selected layered cardstock backing color, cardstock (for the wording – typically shimmer white or shimmer ivory), total number of invitations needed, envelope color, names, date, venue, any other wording changes, and the selected ink color into the notes section when you place your order. Please also enter if you would like to include or omit any of the additional cards. Finally, please enter your email address as this is the email address that your digital proof will be sent to. You will receive a digital proof of your invitation suite with all the information as you entered at order placement for you to review and approve prior to finalization for print and processing. 

{WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF}
You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately after order placement via email.  Your digital proof will arrive via email within 2-3 business days. You will receive up to five rounds of digital proofs to review and approve your wording. Once the digital proof has been approved as final, the construction/production invoice will be forwarded to you.  Once the construction/production invoice is paid, the file is prepared for printing and the supplies are ordered to create your invitation suite!

{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}
LEAD TIME is 2-6 weeks for construction of invitations. Please see the breakdown below:

– Simple invitations with cardstock layer backings or pocketfolds and no glitter or foil typically take 2-3 weeks for construction.

– Glitter and foil invitations can take from 3-6 weeks to construct depending on the time of year, quantity and complexity of the order.

LEAD TIMES VARY PER SUITE BECAUSE the backing layers/foil/glitter paper and/or pocketfolds need to be ordered from the various manufacturers, and nothing can be ordered until the proof is reviewed and approved, and the construction/production invoice is paid. Shipping times from the manufacturers can vary, so please order early, as I cannot control or influence their shipping schedules. The invitations will most likely ship sooner, and you will receive an estimated shipping date at proof approval – but please order allowing enough time to receive your invitations before you need to mail them out. Rush is available at an additional cost as ALL vendors charge for rush shipping of materials and those costs will be passed to you. Rush is costly in many cases, and I always advise against it when possible.

There are 3 separate charges for invitation orders – deposit, construction/production, and finally shipping. Order production speed truly depends on how quickly proofs are approved. The faster the proofing process can be completed, and the assembly/construction invoice paid, the sooner the cardstock, envelopes, pocketfolds and other supplies for your custom order can be ordered and received. Once the supplies are received for your custom order, it takes 1-2 weeks to print, cut, assemble and pack the order for shipment to you. Please note: Other than the shipping for your proof, the shipping for your completed invitation order IS NOT included with invitation pricing and a shipping invoice will be forwarded to you as soon as your order is processed and boxed. Your order WILL NOT ship until you have paid the final invoice for shipping including the indication of the address for signature delivery. Signature delivery is required to ensure that you or someone you have designated receives your order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The order will be packaged in the box that fits your order and you will be invoiced for the corresponding postage costs for that USPS Priority box size. USPS Priority Mail has a typical transit time of 2-3 business days. The tracking number will be forwarded to you upon shipment.  These stringent shipping policies have been added to ensure that clients receive their packages and that no shipping mishaps happen upon order release from the studio. Please see my reviews on WeddingWire – when these shipping policies have been followed, it works out well for the studio and most importantly for the client – which is always the goal.

{REFUNDS AND RETURNS}

As all the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  All personalization information is copied directly from the order form exactly as you have entered it at order placement and pasted into the file for proofing. Once the proof is approved as final, the file is prepared for processing, the supplies are ordered, and the product goes into production. These steps are followed to ensure customization accuracy.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way you approved it during the proofing process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
