Shipping and Returns

{WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP}

Unless you are notified immediately upon receiving your order that your order will ship at a later time, all orders ship from the shop within 1-3 business days (depending on the quantity ordered) via USPS First Class Mail or US Priority mail (for orders or 2 or more).  You will receive a tracking number for your purchase upon shipment.

{WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY}

As all of the paper creations in the shop are personalized and handmade to order for each customer, there are no refunds on products.  However, should you receive your order and find that there is anything misprinted from the way it was requested during the ordering process, please contact the shop immediately so that a replacement order can be created for you and shipped at no extra cost.
